In the very rare case, you change your mind we welcome refunds.
The order must be returned in the original packaging with the gold hologram sticker fully intact on the box, the original TKTX AUS delivery satchel must be sent back along with your order (This is to ensure you did order from us and not a fake website. 10% restocking fee would incur, you will not be refunded your original shipping costs, if you got free shipping on your order that will be deducted from your refund. You must pay for the return shipping costs.
